Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order for up to 14 working days from receipt of the goods. Please notify us by email and we will provide the necessary information for return. If the reason for return is not due to defective, damaged or incorrectly sent goods - you will need to pay the return shipping costs and include adequate packaging and insurance.

The above does not apply to custom made orders, which cannot be cancelled once placed and returns will only be accepted if the goods are defective.

Goods returned must be in the original and unused condition and also in the original packaging.

For defective, damaged or incorrect goods we will reimburse the postage costs and offer a replacement or refund.
