Pink Opal Freeform Cabochon<br> <br> Freeform cut Australian Pink Opal cabochon with domed face, flat back and mirror polished finish. The pink opal is located close to the Mookaite mines in Australia and is made up of opalized radiolarite that was permeated with an iron solution during formation, giving it the vibrant pink colour.<br> <br> The Cabochon measures 29mm x 16mm x 7mm and weighs 17 Carats<br> <br> You can buy the Cabochon exactly as pictured (perfect for silversmiths, collectors, wire wrappers or jewellers) or we can drill the stone, fit a bail and a waxed cord or Sterling Silver Chain (which can easily be removed if you prefer to use your own chain). Simply select your preferred choice from the options available. <br> <br> Please note: we drill the stone based on the orientation shown in the main photo.
